We are seeking a results-driven Elite Client Acquisition Manager to join our Lordofchelsea team in London. This role offers an estimated annual salary of £95,000 - £125,000.

Role Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role within our sales team. As an Elite Client Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading client acquisition efforts, developing strategic relationships, and driving sales growth through effective pipeline management.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire high-end clients, leveraging your expertise in the luxury market.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with HNWIs, families, and businesses to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure success.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury sales and business development, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable (especially French, Russian, Arabic, or Mandarin).
