Client Acquisition Specialist

AL TAYER GROUP LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
This role requires a talented sales professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop targeted sales strategies to meet those needs. You will also be expected to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with other departments to implement effective sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement effective sales plans and achieve revenue growth targets.
Requirements:
You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of success in sales or a related field is required, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or marketing.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum depending on experience
