At Blue Legal, we are seeking a skilled Client Acquisition Specialist to drive business growth and development by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will develop and implement our client development strategy, manage our business development portal, and promote the use of our SharePoint site.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement our client development strategy to achieve growth among key clients and align with our overall firm strategy.
  2. Manage our business development portal, analyzing its effectiveness and updating it as necessary.
  3. Promote and facilitate the use of our SharePoint site, encouraging it as a central source for client plans.
  4. Create an engagement plan to enhance internal visibility and adoption of our client development approach, including methodology and materials.
  5. E nsure that our wider team is kept informed on business development plans and guide them on how it applies to their areas, involving lawyers effectively.
  6. Responsible for ensuring engagement is assessed and reported on through metrics (SharePoint Tracker).
  7. Provide support to our Head of Client with various business development activities and actively support client-facing opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience working within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of marketing and business development processes, including new business processes, digital marketing, CRM, and emerging technologies.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £75,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the candidate's qualifications and experience. Only candidates with relevant work experience will be considered.
