We are seeking a Client Acquisition Professional to join our team at NSJ Consultancy. With over 15 years of experience and a strong reputation in the industry, this organization offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development.
This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service, who are looking to take their skills to the next level. As a Client Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for making appointments for the field sales team within existing accounts, exploring sales opportunities, and maintaining a CRM system.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in appointment setting or lead generation, preferably in B2B, but B2C is also welcomed. A professional telephone manner, proven track record of achievements, and a hungry, resilient attitude are essential requirements for this role.
The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an office hours based role with no shift or weekend work involved, dealing only with business clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Making appointments for the field sales team within existing accounts
- Exploring sales opportunities within these accounts and arranging appointments for field sales to close the business
- Maintaining a CRM system with all customer activities
- Working to KPIs and targets
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in appointment setting or lead generation
