Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our finance team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory bodies and internal departments. Key responsibilities include approving data, reconciling control accounts, and generating weekly reports for starters, leavers, and movers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with finance to reconcile control accounts on a monthly basis.
- Generate weekly reports for starter, leaver, and mover changes.
- Maintain approved data and ensure audit resilience.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in payroll management. A thorough understanding of PAYE and NIC legislation is essential. Prior experience working in a complex regulatory environment is highly advantageous.
What We Offer:
