Job Title: Business Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled business administration coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales, a well-established business in the property industry.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required, assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, adhering to company and industry regulations, oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance schedules.
  • Handle correspondence and queries from clients and stakeholders efficiently, sending estimates and invoices to clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organisational abilities, proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients, a competitive salary in the range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • An exciting opportunity to work in the property industry, with a supportive and collaborative work environment, Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm working hours.
