Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:- Contribute to the efficient administration of daily tasks
- Collaborate with capacity planners on a regular basis
- Develop reports for management review
- Coordinate data collection with internal departments
- Communicate essential information to relevant teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A standard Monday-to-Friday work schedule (40 hours per week)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills: prioritization, independent work, meeting deadlines, multitasking
- Effective interpersonal skills: teamwork, professionalism under pressure
- Superior customer service skills
This role demands strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
About the Position:This planner support specialist will assist capacity planners and work planners in optimising resource allocation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
