About Our Client
Our client, Michael Page (UK), is a reputable business seeking a skilled office administrator to manage daily operations and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective teamwork
- Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the team, including correspondence and record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings and ensure they run smoothly
- Maintain compliance with company and industry regulations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Oversee database management and maintain accurate records, including client information and correspondence
- Prepare and send estimates to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Support in preparing reports and presentations for key stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations
- Be responsible for maintaining office facilities, ensuring they remain safe and clean, and adhere to health and safety protocols
We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Office Administrator/Manager with:
- Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients effectively, building strong relationships and trust
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to resolve issues independently and effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn and develop
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success and achievement
- A competitive salary of £30,800 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
