Service Department Administrator Lead

The Administrative Support Specialist - Service Delivery will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. This position involves providing administrative support to the Service Manager, assisting with troubleshooting and training on our Service / Service-Tracker system, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues with our Service / Service-Tracker system, including importing reports, emailing reports, and amending details.
- Report any service problems to the relevant Service Manager.
- Answer service line calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with Service Manager administration, including proofreading emails and reports.
- Support technicians with queries, access requests, and problems.
- Manage Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
- Log job-work orders onto the system and proofread when required.
- Help technicians with mobile phone setup and problems.
- Explain contract details to enquiring technicians.
- Check and report on technicians' service status.
- Block treatment administration, including sending letters, organizing technicians, and typing reports.
- Help organize holiday cover for technicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
