Job Description

The Administrative Support Specialist - Service Delivery will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. This position involves providing administrative support to the Service Manager, assisting with troubleshooting and training on our Service / Service-Tracker system, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot issues with our Service / Service-Tracker system, including importing reports, emailing reports, and amending details.
  • Report any service problems to the relevant Service Manager.
  • Answer service line calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with Service Manager administration, including proofreading emails and reports.
  • Support technicians with queries, access requests, and problems.
  • Manage Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Log job-work orders onto the system and proofread when required.
  • Help technicians with mobile phone setup and problems.
  • Explain contract details to enquiring technicians.
  • Check and report on technicians' service status.
  • Block treatment administration, including sending letters, organizing technicians, and typing reports.
  • Help organize holiday cover for technicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
