Family Department Support Specialist

A Sevenoaks-based law firm seeks a highly organized Family Department Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance to their Family department.

About the Position

  • Offer administrative support to the Family department, helping to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to family law matters.
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external parties to coordinate meetings and deadlines.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support case preparation and document drafting.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary and Terms

The expected salary for this position is between £26,000 and £29,000 per year, based on experience. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a legal secretary in a Family department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
