Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our Michael Page (UK) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration, including reception duties and switchboard coverage.
- Assist with events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations, using MS Office and other software.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and files, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, promoting excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
