  • Assist the Capacity Planner and Work Planners on a daily basis
  • Create reports for management
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data is gathered as required
  • Disseminate information to relevant teams
Requirements
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills: ability to prioritize, work independently, meet deadlines, multitask, and balance various assignments
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team of dynamic individuals, remain professional under stress
  • Excellent customer service skills
