About the role

We are recruiting for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team in PEP&CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager with the PEP&CO range and driving the brand forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in fashion retail and to work with a leading fashion brand.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a fashion retailer or concession, as well as a keen interest in fashion and current trends.

You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and high standards, and have a track record of delivering results through effective leadership and coaching.

As a Retail Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Store Manager with the PEP&CO range
  • Driving sales to maximise profit and minimising stock loss
  • Ensuring the Pep & Co section is 100% compliant with merchandising standards and guidelines
  • Delivering excellent customer service in-store, aiming to delight customers through the best service
  • Completing stock inventory counts in relevant sections as required
  • Processing stock deliveries in a timely manner and any damage is logged in line with company processes
  • Ensuring stock replenishment is completed accurately

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a four-week induction programme, discount card, family-friendly benefits, loyal service awards, my staff shop, apprenticeships and career development, life assurance cover, health and wellbeing, holiday allowance and birthdays off.
