Business Operations Coordinator Opportunity: Insight Select Careers invites applications from highly skilled and driven Business Operations Coordinators to join their team in Sevenoaks, Kent.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent administrative skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the operations team.
  • Manage job schedules and diaries for the wider team.
  • Main point of contact for customers and provide outstanding service.
  • Support logistics, procurement, and maintain stock control and inventory records.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of internal database recordings.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year's experience in operations or planning/scheduling roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.

Package Details:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • A standard Monday to Friday work schedule from 8:30am-5pm.
