The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail management role, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading the store team, managing stock levels and controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of employee relations.

About the Job:
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising and display techniques
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Manage stock levels and control inventory to minimize waste and maximize sales
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role with a focus on sales growth and customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results
Compensation:

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits package including pension scheme and life assurance
