About the Role:

  • As a key member of our store management team, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and take charge when they are absent.
  • You will inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and rewarding.
  • In collaboration with the Store Manager, you will work towards achieving sales targets, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and maximizing sales across physical and digital channels.
  • You will also contribute to the recruitment and development of volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Your flexibility will be crucial, as you may be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

About You:

  • You possess experience in a customer-facing role and have supervisory skills, ideally within the retail sector.
  • Commercially driven, you can encourage new ideas and approaches to drive sales growth.

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
