Job Title: Customer Support Administrator

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Location: Hatfield

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 16.30pm

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Support Administrator to join our sales department. As the heart of our business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our customers and clients.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, researching leads and project details, and providing quick quotations and revisions of orders. You will also be responsible for dealing with sales enquiries over the phone or via email, producing reports for finance, and booking meeting rooms for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Research leads and project details to pass onto Project Managers
  • Provide quick quotations and revisions of orders
  • Deal with sales enquiries over the phone or via email
  • Produce reports for finance
  • Book meeting rooms for clients
  • Support Managers with gathering information ahead of meetings
  • Keep the CRM updated and client information accurate
