Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Administrator to join our team at Mission 4 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our customer service and sales office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business customers, processing orders, repairs, and enquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order processing, including bespoke designs, core product orders, and repairs, accurately and in line with our customer charter.
  • Provide a positive customer experience through all communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Utilize customer analytics to inform business decisions and drive account management, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Liaise with the production team to prioritize orders and meet customer expectations, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Identify and correct system pricing and product description anomalies, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide level external Sales Team support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer literacy, with a strong understanding of Microsoft systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Good numeracy skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
