Key Responsibilities
- Manage order processing, including bespoke designs, core product orders, and repairs, accurately and in line with our customer charter.
- Provide a positive customer experience through all communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
- Utilize customer analytics to inform business decisions and drive account management, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Liaise with the production team to prioritize orders and meet customer expectations, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
- Identify and correct system pricing and product description anomalies, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide level external Sales Team support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer literacy, with a strong understanding of Microsoft systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
