At Reed, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and maintaining high-level client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls, following up on projects as needed.
  • Manage the enquiry to order process, including processing orders and coordinating deliveries.
  • Support customers, sales personnel, and team leaders in daily operations.
  • Scale floor plans and coordinate design requests.
  • Offer guidance and product/system recommendations.
  • Liaise with suppliers for order chasing, placing orders, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Coordinate deliveries, including handling purchase orders and invoices.
  • Process payments and assist in resolving pre- and post-sale queries.
  • Handle invoicing and accounting discrepancies.
  • Manage multiple email inboxes for the regional team.
  • Document sales visit activities and report on weekly operational KPIs for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge/experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven sales support experience.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Experience in project coordination within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a commitment to providing best-in-class customer service.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Full UK Driving License.
