Ecommerce Sales Executive

Role Summary
We are seeking an Ecommerce Sales Executive to join our team at Ocado Retail Ltd. As an Ecommerce Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategy workstreams in conjunction with the Sales Manager. This role will involve working with various teams across Customer, Trading, and Ocado Retail to ensure sales contribution from key channels and customer cohorts meet growth forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and contribute to customer sales forecasts, considering customer behaviour and influential internal and external factors.
- Collaborate with analysts to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop commercial recommendations.
- Coordinate project plans for upcoming trading periods and seasonal moments, ensuring optimum slot availability for customers and efficiency of our Marketing investment.
- Deliver against key milestones and manage project plans for workstreams within the wider customer sales strategy.
- Scope, manipulate, and interpret detailed analysis, reporting, and research to effectively track sales KPI performance vs targets.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in ecommerce, retail, FMCG, or other growth businesses (minimum 1-2 years), ideally in a customer-centric and/or strategic function.
- Strong user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with application to business modelling.
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a good university.
