Customer Support Administrator

The ideal candidate will be a friendly, confident, and organized individual who can work well under pressure and think on their feet. You will be responsible for managing order processing, providing customer support, and using customer analytics to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order processing, including bespoke designs, core product orders, and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through all communication channels
  • Use customer analytics to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
  • Solve customer queries quickly and efficiently
  • Liaise with the production team to prioritize orders and meet customer expectations
  • Identify and correct system pricing and product description anomalies
  • Provide level external sales team support

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft systems
  • Good numeracy skills
