We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team at Osborne Appointments. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and allocating reactive callouts of Field Engineers, prioritizing engineer activities, and ensuring the Service Desk telephones are promptly answered during all working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and allocate customer reactive callouts to the team of Field Engineers.
  • Prioritize, schedule, and record service engineer activities, as well as log all updates onto the system.
  • Chase any requested information and keep customers and the team informed of any updates.
  • Ensure the Service Desk telephones are promptly answered during all working hours.
  • Receive incoming enquiries from customers via telephone, email, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance services, logistics, or scheduling engineers is essential.
  • Good knowledge of geographical locations within the UK.
  • Computer literate, with experience in MS Office.
  • Good attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills.
