Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Support Professional to join our team in Kingston upon Thames.

This is a part-time opportunity that requires the successful candidate to work closely with individuals with disabilities and their families.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this role is £3,600 - £4,080 per month (based on 24 hours), or £43,200 - £48,960 per annum.

About the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks and accompanying them to appointments.

You will also be required to run errands and perform other tasks as needed, while maintaining effective communication and professionalism throughout your interactions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, and will possess excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.
