Job Description:

At Balance (Support) CIO, we are committed to supporting vulnerable adults living in SW and West London. Our services are designed to empower individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live independently.

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our service users, enabling them to achieve their outcomes and realise their potential.

The role involves working predominantly in the community, often lone-working, but with the support of a large team. No experience is required, as full training will be provided.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to enable individuals to live safely and healthily in their own homes
  • To ensure individuals have choice and control over the support they receive
  • To work collaboratively with the service user, family members, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • To engage in monthly supervision and training as required
  • To have competent computer skills and a willingness to develop record-keeping skills
