About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Care Support Specialist to join our team at Hestia Housing Support. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals who have experienced homelessness and trauma.

Job Description

The role involves providing support to service users with their everyday activities, wellbeing, and independence. You will assess referrals and create support plans to help service users attain and sustain a tenancy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting service users with various needs and risks
  • Delivering high-quality support services
  • Using computer-based systems to record work and client details
  • Conducting key working, support planning, and risk assessments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with people with different support needs and associated risks

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
