About Us

Bridge Support bridges the gap between in-patient mental health services and independent living, offering cost-effective, proven pathways to support people with long-term mental health conditions in the community.

Salary and Benefits

Day shift: £25,711 per annum

Night shift: £27,579 per annum

Pension scheme, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service), training and development provided, and more.
