Support Worker Wanted - Kingston

SILKS Luxury Lifestyle Specialists is recruiting a part-time support worker to join our team in Kingston upon Thames. As a support worker, you will work closely with a family to provide personalized care and support.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and be able to provide personal care assistance. They should also be able to run errands, drive to appointments, and communicate effectively with the family.

The estimated salary for this position is £15-17 NET PER HOUR, based on a 24-hour workweek with potential for additional hours. Our ideal candidate will be a reliable and compassionate individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care.

About the Role:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including hoist transfers and PA duties
  • Accompanying clients on outings and errands, including driving to appointments
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with the family and presenting oneself in a professional manner
