Care Team Member Wanted

We are looking for a trustworthy and empathetic individual to join our care team as a Healthcare Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our client in their home environment.

You will work independently, but as part of a close-knit team, providing tailored support to meet the client's needs. This may include assistance with daily living tasks, household chores, and preparing meals.

About the Position
  • Deliver person-centred care, prioritising the client's comfort, dignity, and well-being
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work flexibly, including early morning shifts.

Essential Requirements
  • Able to commute or relocate to Kingston upon Thames
  • No prior experience required, provided you can demonstrate an enthusiasm for healthcare and working with vulnerable adults
Package Details

£16.15 per hour
