About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced learning support coordinator to join our team as an Outreach Tutor in the Kingston area.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and creating a supportive learning environment that promotes student growth and development.

This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with educators and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess and evaluate students' progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their skills across core subjects.
  2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, motivation, and confidence in students.
  3. Collaborate with educators and staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  4. Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and adapt them to meet individual student needs, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in lesson planning.
Requirements:
  1. Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
  2. Show a genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles and abilities, maintaining a patient and empathetic approach when working with students facing challenges.
  4. Possess strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Salary and Benefits:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
