Learning Opportunities Coordinator

The AD Warrior is an Outstanding Specialist College offering life-changing learning opportunities to young people and adults with special education needs and/or disabilities. We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Lecturer, who specializes in PMLD/ASD, to join our dedicated team.
You will plan differentiated work to meet the needs of individuals and groups, promoting progression, continuity, and quality of learning. Lessons are carefully planned and take into account the needs, interests, and abilities of all students, making learning more purposeful and engaging.
We require someone with recent Outstanding/Good teaching experience with students with special needs. You must hold a Certificate of Education (CertEd) on appointment or be willing to undertake it. Level 2 Maths and English qualifications are also essential, as you will need to enrol on our internal functional skills course within your first year of employment and complete it within 2 years.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £47,000 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance. Hours: 36 hours per week, all year round (39 working weeks).
