We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Kingston upon Thames. As a key member of our outreach program, you will play a vital role in supporting marginalized individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves working shift patterns to ensure maximum contact with service users. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting rough sleepers, managing a caseload, and assisting them in accessing appropriate services.

Your expertise in working with vulnerable populations, combined with your ability to build effective relationships with multi-agency partners, will be crucial in helping us achieve our mission.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,665 per annum, plus benefits including 34 days' holiday, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and enrolment into our pension scheme after three months' service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target rough sleepers in shift patterns
  2. Manage a caseload of service users
  3. Assist rough sleepers in accessing appropriate services
  4. Maintain effective relationships with multi-agency partners

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Ability to work in a multi-agency context
  • Driver's license essential
