Community Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Community Development Coordinator to join our team at Be Shaping The Future Sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating community engagement initiatives, developing relationships with stakeholders, and implementing projects that promote community development and well-being.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community development principles, experience in coordinating community events and programs, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with local stakeholders, government agencies, and community groups to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies
- Collaborate with local communities, stakeholders, and government agencies
- Develop and manage budgets for community projects
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community development
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
