About the Role

This Learning Support Professional position involves working with learners who require additional support to access education. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting individuals with diverse needs and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that each learner achieves their full potential.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience.

What You Will Do
  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with learners, their families, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support.
  2. Assist learners with tasks such as planning, organization, and time management to help them achieve their educational goals.
  3. Provide one-to-one support and guidance to learners, helping them to overcome challenges and build confidence.
  4. Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting equality and diversity.
