About the Role
Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Kingston. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work with primary-aged children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The successful candidate will have a First-Class Degree from a Top 20 UK University and a strong desire to apply themselves fully and learn on the job. A passion for working with children and helping those with additional learning needs is essential.

This full-time, term-time only position offers an estimated salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, paid weekly via PAYE, inclusive of Holiday Pay. The ideal candidate will be motivated to gain experience in SEND settings to further their careers, particularly for those planning to pursue a Master's or Doctorate.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting inclusive learning by addressing the needs of children with SEMH and EHCPs;
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEMH needs;
  • Collaborating with the faculty, SENDCo, and SEN professionals to support the holistic development of students;
  • Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all children.
