Job Description:
This Behaviour Support Assistant role involves working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour support plans, promoting positive learning outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualised support to children with additional needs, focusing on their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behaviour support.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
A comprehensive benefits package, including training and professional development opportunities, is also available.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a field such as Education, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
