Learning Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to learners with varying levels of need.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized learning plans to meet the needs of learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of teaching and learning resources.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and participation.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in education or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
