- Working closely with social workers and other professionals to ensure effective support and guidance.
- Developing and implementing plans to improve outcomes for children and young people.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field
- Qualified Social Worker registration
- Experience in working with families and supporting vulnerable children and young people
