We are seeking a qualified social worker to support children and young people in living safe, happy, healthy, and successful lives. This role involves leading the identification of needs, pathway planning, and offering direct support to young individuals to help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safeguarding and promoting children's welfare in compliance with relevant legislation, including the Children Acts 1989 and 2004, and the Children and Families Act 2014.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to support vulnerable children and families.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
