Job Title: Qualified Social Worker

Role Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong social work skills and knowledge. As a qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with children and families to assess their needs and develop tailored support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify the needs of children and families
  • Write reports and recommendations for Local Authority decisions
  • Attend meetings and conferences to discuss child protection concerns and look after children
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies to provide holistic support for children and families
  • Manage a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely completion of tasks and delivery of high-quality services

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

Successful candidates will have:

  1. Social Work England (SWE) registration
  2. A minimum of two years' post-qualifying experience in the UK Social Care industry
  3. An Enhanced DBS/CRB check or eligibility for us to obtain one for you
  4. Eligibility to work in the UK

Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
