Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership Careers. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be responsible for managing the payroll process from start to finish, supporting the wider Finance team, and working collaboratively with the People function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll and adjustments such as overtime, holidays, and absence
  • Set up new starters and process leavers
  • Process additional commissions and bonuses
  • Handle payroll queries from colleagues
  • Maintain accurate pensions records
  • Send out relevant documentation to new starters
  • Run various reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Sage50 Payroll
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
