About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional International Finance Specialist to join our Finance team based in Wigan, UK.

This dynamic role will focus on statutory compliance in international regions, commercial control, and returns associated with overseas clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and managing nominal codes controlling international businesses.

Job Description
  1. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely submission of year-end tax returns, manage withholding tax impacts, and maintain accurate records.
  2. Commercial Control: Balance nominal codes, manage international transactions, and reconcile payroll, invoices, and bank statements.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster excellent relationships with in-country partners, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
  4. VAT Management: Complete VAT returns, liaise with accounting partners, and ensure timely payment through overseas bank accounts.
  5. Inter-Company Positions: Manage inter-company positions, transfer pricing, and billing arrangements across different tax jurisdictions.
