Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Welfare Specialist to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. This role involves conducting assessments for adopted children and their families, identifying their needs and developing support services.
About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled social worker to lead the development of adoption support services, including therapeutic interventions.
- You will work closely with social workers and professionals to provide interventions and support, assisting in training staff and adoptive families as needed.
- Maintaining knowledge of safeguarding and statutory responsibilities is essential for this position.
- A current car driver's license and HCPC registration are required for this role.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
