International Payroll Operations Manager

Job Summary:
As the International Payroll Operations Manager at Teledyne UK Limited, you will oversee and manage the payroll of approximately 1450 employees based nationwide, ensuring the company meets its contractual, statutory, and legal obligations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust systems and business processes through engagement with the wider business areas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment, development, motivation, and management of the Teledyne UK Payroll Team.
- Regularly review team performance, manage objectives, and agree on developmental actions.
- Ensure the team is up-to-date with legislative changes and communicate effectively to relevant stakeholders and business.
- Own and manage the employee payment process for UK employees, as well as employees from Malaysia and France.
- Manage the process to ensure Teledyne UK meets its statutory obligations to HMRC and mitigates financial penalties.
- Ensure all pension contributions are paid and reported in accordance with legislation.
Audit and Accounting:
- Work with Finance on internal, external, and SOX audits.
- Ensure journals are processed for payroll and relevant accruals.
- Utilize OneStream to ensure all payroll control accounts are fully reconciled.
