Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Strutt & Parker LLP. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to work on complex financial operations, including bank reconciliations, BACS payment files, and payroll functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, including data entry, posting, and maintenance of client payroll records.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be self-motivated, able to prioritize workload effectively, and willing to undertake Continuous Professional Education in matters related to payroll.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health and wellbeing support, pension scheme, and bonus scheme.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience of working in a payroll function
  • Knowledge of Brightpay payroll software advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
