We are looking for an experienced International Payroll Manager to lead our UK and EMEA payroll operations.


The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of process improvement.


The average annual salary for this role is around £70,000, based on industry standards and the candidate's level of expertise.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the payroll team, ensuring they are up-to-date with changing legislation.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with pension contribution regulations.
  • Participate in the rollout of the new T&A system.
  • Process payroll-related journal entries.

Requirements:


  • Extensive experience in payroll management.
  • Experience with ADP IHCM payroll.
  • Excellent understanding of UK payroll laws.
  • International payroll coordination expertise.
