Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to undertake the role of a Senior Leadership Development Specialist at Essex Police and Kent Police.

This is a challenging position that requires the successful candidate to design and deliver a range of leadership training, including promotion framework courses, leadership techniques, and operational policing skills.

The role also involves providing training skills via an existing college of policing course to newly appointed police trainers.

As a Senior Leadership Development Specialist, you will be required to utilise a number of Microsoft Office products to create, amend, and organise your workload of training.

A sound knowledge and experience of using products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
