We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced College Governance Specialist to join our Governing Body at Chelmsford College. As a strategic leader, you will play a key role in shaping the college's future direction and ensuring it continues to deliver high-quality education and training to students.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in governance, strategy, and leadership, with a strong understanding of the further education sector. You will be able to provide expert guidance and support to the college's senior leadership team, ensuring that the institution remains financially stable and academically excellent.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the college's strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will also work closely with the college's management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the college's vision and mission.
As a College Governance Specialist, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, staff, governors, and local community groups.
