We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a key member of our nursery in Chelmsford, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners.

About the Role:
  • The Deputy Nursery Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating our nursery staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes excellence in early years education.
  • A competitive salary of £120-£160 per day reflects the importance of this role in supporting the daily operations and administration of the nursery.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Nursery Qualification and proven experience in a nursery setting, with strong leadership and communication skills.

You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, plan and deliver engaging educational programmes, and maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations and administration
  2. Lead and motivate nursery staff, fostering a positive team environment
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  4. Plan and deliver engaging educational programmes for children
