About the RoleThe Director of Education will be responsible for leading our early years provision, ensuring that it meets the highest standards and provides exceptional care and education for children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education, experience in leadership roles, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Lead a team of experienced educators to deliver outstanding care and education
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of early years provision
- Support the development of staff through training and coaching
Requirements
- Level 6 or above qualification in Early Years Education
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in an early years setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £35,000 per annum
